    TX 200 SR Walnut.177

    Hi folks

looking for advise in valuing at air rifle I am considering selling, it is a Air Arms tx 200 Sr in selected walnut stock, it as a brand new with original tasco scope fitted when bought new, the rifle had all original documentation and service warranty papers

it will be a very reluctant sale as I know I will never get another one in this condition, it is as new

Any advice on value ? I would really like it to go to a collector or someone who really appreciates these awesome rifles

I paid £500 a couple of years ago for a nice walnut example, which I then had engraved by the late Don Blocksidge, the gun sold without losing any value to what I paid for it and what I paid for the engraving…
I would imagine on the right day to the right buyer you could probably name your own price, I always say go in top end on your price, what have you got to lose, they can always haggle you down….

To add some perspective £600 is currently the average new price for an Air Arms TX200 -- a left hand Air Arms Pro Sport in Walnut has a RRP of £800. IF the SR is as new etc then I would have thought starting at the the latter price would be the place to go?
