    I have some 4BA cheese head slotted steel screws,longer than 12mm but I can easily cut them to length and could also black them for you.

    THANKS for the drawing! We old architect love stuff like that...!

    For whatever it's worth at this late point in the game - here are mounted and un-mounted examples of both the PH 16M and PH 17B, and their mounting screws. To the best of my knowledge all is original factory stuff.

    Matching the drawing, the screw shafts are only 1/4" long, or about 6 mm.
