Gamo Falcon Gamo Centre Information Please

The Falcon’s grip is, for my fairly normal hand, far too chunky. The Center’s is much better. As is the anatomical one on the rare Target version.

I've had both in the past.
As has been said they share the same action.
The Falcon has an all plastic handle and the Centre has an angle adjustable anatomical grip and is in my opinion far, far better.
If I recall correctly the rear sight on the Centre is better too.
The trigger is adjustable after a fashion, but I think it's only a sear interlock adjustment and it's easy to over-adjust them so that they go off on their own and damage the sears.
The Centre was sold as an entry level paper puncher and it is very accurate in the right hands - I wouldn't hesitate to buy if you can find one.

The Chinese one is a curio, usual issues - wobbly sights, low power and an awful, horrible trigger (the one I had was at least).

yeah, centres are good little guns.. I learned to shoot with one. Great trigger for a moderately priced springer, and accurate too. Also the loading mech is very safe, and the underlever makes for a well balanced, neutral feel in the hand - very important with a pistol.

I agree the Geezer - the falcon grip isn't great. Go for the centre, and budget around £60-£70. I still have one

Yes I think that is next on my list though this month I bust my budget with a .22 Nemesis, a Webley Junior and a C02 Walther.... next month I may try for a Gamo pistol or a BSA Cadet Major.... usually something turns up to knock me off course though!

I must admit I've always preferred the Falcon to the Center. Somehow its all plastic streamlined profile evokes the 1980s far more to me than the Center ever did. It just looks more stylish in comparison, even though it creaks or maybe the creaking is all part of the attraction?

My falcon has the front grip pieces missing and shoots high a touch…. Fired with underlever down perhaps?

Generally very solid and quite accurate, don’t see many about these days.

I have seen quite a few Center at the Kempton Fair. They seem to show up quite regularly. I think a Relum air pistol shared the same underlever cocking with the swing out gate for loading. Only designed for very short pellets.

Always remember seeing boxed examples in the local gunshop window as a teenager. Never got one - always had older Webleys instead.
