    Wasn’t it an 8mm and so unusable (unless you want to take a chance on having a s5 firearm)?

    It was 8mm yes. 4.5 and I would have snapped it up.
    I think you can lower the power with washers or something to restrict the hammer strike?
    Would be very slow in 8mm though. Nice

    Needless to say it sold very fast.

    I think I saw it and passed because of the calibre

    Probably overthinking it, in retrospect. The chance of getting a five stretch for having a Giffard pistol must be pretty low
