I should be OK if I can get in and out of the car Paul. I am OK if I am sitting.
It's moving that is the problem

It’s with deep regret that I will not be able to attend this summer bash.
    Owing to family matters.
I am well gutted that I can’t make this one.
Sorry Neil for the short notice, and hope to see you and the other boingeratti at a future event.
Have a great time everyone, and don’t get to burnt.
    Kind regards
    Les..

We are totally made up for her and George but I'm thinking airgunning will have to take a back seat for her from now on.
    Congratulations grandad

I have already been told I'm going to be known as Gee Gee (Grandad G). I wouldn't mind being compared to a horse in certain areas (far from the truth in reality).

Of all the bloody times. This happens every year or 2 and takes a week or so to ease off
Thats a bugger Pete. I know exactly how that feels. Its the spasm that takes time to release thats the problem for me. Bloody painful!!! I had a slight tweak with my back this week adter fitting some oak worktops. been very careful with it since!!!

You have my sympathy, Pete. Horrible and debilitating when it flares up. Fingers crossed that the symptoms ease sufficiently to at least allow a day visit. If you can come for the day, maybe an idea to come with the bare minimum as possible....one rifle, pellets and the tiniest amount of anything else, reducing stress and the amount of stuff to cart about.

    Really hope it eases enough.

Steady as you go, my little friend. If you have any pellets left over from these after the weekend, maybe an idea to keep them in a clean, soft container, thus reducing prep time for the next Bash?
