Just bought a daystate mk3 what do the flashy lights mean ? lol

Currently charging it and it has a yellow flashing light , I take it that’s the charging sequence ? Also which way turns it on and off using the key , didn’t come with instructions , does it have to be fully charged to shoot it ? Just wanna get it down the range and zeroed

I’m not sure about the light colour, it may have been changed over time as these guns are 20 years old now. As for charging, you can leave it for 8 hours+ on a smart charger, but you can also just shoot it with a part charge, this is more about the battery condition that the gun. I used to get around 1000 shots from a charge and just charged it every two or three sessions, but no point it getting caught out 👍

I’ve never owned an electric rifle before so it’s all a bit out of my depth , at the moment it has a flashing yellow light seems to flash every second , I don’t even know which way the key goes as in which is off or on , trying to find just basic info just to shoot it is proving difficult ! lol .

Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

Mine was to the right / clockwise for on. Some menu's are different mine had one less programme than what the manual stated, I've had quite a few daystes and still got the ranger , The mk3 was my favourite one, Shot 10 pellets through my skan and 9 shots give the same reading, One shot was 1 ftps different. Cracking guns,
