However what is sad is that only 12,640 people bothered to reply to the question in the first place
Supposedly the BBS has 45,646 members, so even if every single reply came from a member (which is highly unlikely)
then over 34,000 members were too bone idle to even reply when given the chance to tell Govt what they thought
