    black powder

    Been gifted a sealed container of powder but the container is in french. Anyone know what it might be.
    Says.
    SNPE de poudres et explosifs
    POUDRE NOIRE DE CHASSE
    If it is black powder there is no indication of grade.
    Anyone help please.

    its hunting black powder, but that does not help with the grade.
    Try some French hunting sites to get an idea
