FX Radar chrono mk1/2

I'm looking for a radar chrono, and the FX seems to be the only (affordable) option. Are there any others ?

Also are there significant differences between the Mk1 and the Mk2 FX and if so, could someone please explain them and how they impact usabliity / function ?

No difference in the models other than the slightly later ones came with a groove on top to help fit to the gun, you can update the software by getting the latest app, so no issues there either, just buy whatever is cheapest.

If you intend to use it a lot like I do it's also worth adapting it to run on an external battery pack rather than feed it a shed load of AAAs, but for occasional use Duracell's are fine
