Gamo serial number - identifying year of manufacture

Does anyone know if it is the numbers that preceed or come after the serial number that indicate year of manufacture.

I have two Gamos they read like this

    04-1c-*******-02

    04-1c-*******-05

Not sure if they are both 2004 or one is a 2002 and the other a 2005.

    Anyone know?

    Cheers

    Ed

The last two digits are the year of manufacture.

Maybe just a factory code, I'm guessing some Gamo guns don't start with 04-1c ??
