From the date on the bottle. Atb mick
I bought my 3ltr from SGC in Dorchester and was told it's from the sale date by the guy in there, I didn't know any better as I'd always used a pump and was some years ago. Anyway it had been sat in the shop for 2 years and the first time I got it filled in Yeovil I was told it's the stamped date.
So I lost 2 years of test and paid full price.
I won't use SGC again, they saw me for the mug I was at the time.
Super soaker 3000 (water), nerf fang (foam), noisy cricket (energy), m41a pulse rifle (10x24), Gat gun (.177)
Always buy the cheapest one that you want. if you go in a shop and check the date STAMPED on the bottle and it's a few months off, this is a good haggling point on price.
the one i saw today was stamped so most of this year was lost
buy a 300 bar din fitting "land bottle" make sure it has a gauge is fitted to the fixed valve and not seperate. they need testing every 5 years. the 232 A clamp usually tested every 2 ,1/2
something i never new
The bottles usually come in to the suppliers in containers, and are stamped in production. So all bottles will have a few months gone at least usually.
yes a couple of month not to bad
If you buy one from Sunderland airguns and scuba you get free fills
is that right zak
good if you live through that way
Sunderland Airguns do indeed offer the rest of the year as free fills, might want to check if they mean 12 months or the calendar year as it’s worded to suggest the latter. Not much use sadly for those of us with a compressor, I’d rather they chucked in a free test
