My hw45 is driving me crazy …

Hi all

today I recrowned my barrel, test of 3x10 pellets 1 hole of 1 centimeter at 8 meters!! I redid a test with the same pellets and it starts to disperse to the left, right at the top…. I don't understand anything anymore, my spring is new, the seal too, the barrel is tight, the sight is ok...

Not Knowing any thing about 45s Is there any other pivot point that could be loose or are you sure you recrowned it correctly?

Presumably your breech seal isn't damaged by poorly seated pellets. Easily done and it might make things a bit random. Mine hasn't suffered this since I went to7gr 4.49 R10s and Meisterkugelns, both of which seat really easily.
I have an aged HW45 and a few times I have had a decent session wrecked by half a dozen really rather bad shots. I find that putting the gun down and doing something else for a while (make a tea) helps. After a break my groups tend to tighten so unless something warms up during the session...
I concluded that the HW45 is my most hold sensitive pistol and that I lose concentration.
