Hola Gerry, I spend a fair but of time in your neck ifvthe woods. How's the weather at the moment,
Dave
Greetings gents, been several years since I was involved in HFT and an occasional FT comp , but having recently retired, I have dug out my old springers, that have been lying ignored on the top shelf in my workshop !
I sold all my PCPs , life has a habit of kicking one health wise, now living here in the warmth, my health is a lot better fortunately.
I've really enjoyed the old thrill of shooting a springer , and actually hitting what I aimed at.
I've been offered a Norinco Dragon at a silly price, had about 20 pellets through the barrel, clearly the owner expected the air rifle to magically hit everything , exploding it like the games they all play.
I've looked about , but can't find anything negative about it . In fact not too much is written about it.
The Spanish air gunners love .
Living in Spain, obviously , they are super patriotic, and love their own pellet guns .
I'll collect it next week, and see what its like to plink with a more modern springer, my present ones , an old Diana/RWS , a BSA Superport and a BSA Meteor mk1 .
Can't believe its been over 7 years since I last picked up an air rifle to plink a bit !!
