Reply With QuoteI used lightforce lamps with a dimmer & got on realy well with them. I then experimented with various tactical torches with flood to spot beams & dimmers, all worked pretty good & still happy to use them. I also got n/v spotters so went for a pard 007, sort of spoils you & tempted to go for a dedicated n/v scope. I even fancy thermal but everything is getting silly expensive. One advantage of going the tactical torch route, it can be used as a torch for general use if you eventualy go with n/v or even change the pil (bulb) for an i/r one to use with n/v.
