Exactly and as .177 naturally create smaller overall group size, to me it is the logical choice, plus you can shoot through the centre of a polo at 25-30 yards, I've never managed it with a .22.

Years ago we used to shoot conquers out of the trees rather than throw sticks up and at them, by shooting the stalks above them.
So, what about shooting the stalks above apples and pears, as vegan hunting!
