Bsa lightning mk1 service kit

Hi all,

Ive just ordered a service kit from welsh willy, never fitted one before, any advice would be appreciated, like how many spacers/ power bands i should fit,

I have two of these and a third on order. He gives advice with the kit and I shall start with the fattest power band, run it for a while then test and probably add the thinnest and test again.
I think the idea is to mix and match the bands to give the best balance of power to handling i.e recoil.
