anyone fitted a customair gas ram to a meteor mk5, any feedback appreciated, power, smoothness etc or if you think keeping it original is the way to go let me know your thoughts.

Meteors benefit from good seals and good guides. No Gas ram needed.

Unless you have shot a gas ram before, you may be disappointed with the result.

The shot cycle is quicker, no twang, just a thud.
They are not adjustable. They have very little preload but do require a spring compressor.

I have rammer and I also have springers.
They both have their good points.
