yeh they were cheaper a few years back ,everything has went up double fold since then

As others have said everything gone up (a lot)
I'd feel unhappy paying that for a Raider, if you can swallow it and be happy - I think they are really decent rifles

I'd not be wanting to pay for a re seal on top though at that, if history unknown .......

just out of interest,
Did it come with any extras,
some have additional that parted out can be a good few £££
a friend selling one a while back at £350-400 was told expensive by a person,
came with four mags, in test bottle, filling leads etc, scope, bag, nice condition,
