Brummie Walnut Stocked .22 Stingray Valuation?

Walnut stocked Brummie Webley Stingray in .22 can anyone confirm that this is the Deluxe version please and offer an idea of current value? The condition throughout is outstanding, but the stock has had the original varnish removed and has been refinished in shellac.

I can't see any chequring on the pistol grip unless it's the pic? All the walnut stringray's had this on the pistol grip. Mach 1.5

    That's what I thought, I can't see any either.
Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in

So someone has taken the varnish off a factory beech stock to try and make it appear walnut it seems? Mach 1.5

No, the stock is definitely Walnut and it seems it is the Stingray Deluxe not to be confused with the Stingray Express LE which is chequered. Some Deluxe stocks it seems had chequering and some not?

Interesting. Page 171 of the webley air rifle book states walnut stock with chequered pistol grip and ventilated butt pad. Mach 1.5
