    Wonderful news!
But not quite correct, Andreas Baumkircher made beautiful reproductions of Beaumont-Adams revolvers some years ago, so this might be the second attempt in modern times.

    Good luck to them!

I picked up a 38 bore Adams dragoon revolver some time ago, engraving is worn but makers name and address is still visible and it is certainly in good enough condition to shoot. As the chamber's are actually bigger dia. than the bore they used a ball / conical bullet that has a small spur on them that attaches a felt wad that holds the bullet in the chamber. If I could get a mould ( original one ) I would be looking at £450 + so is just part of my collection. A lot of these were used by British offices in the Crimea, a lump of a pistol.
