    BSA Stutzen

    Can anyone tell me if BSA still used the 5.6mm barrels on the Airsporter Stutzen model.

    Probably did. They were sold at the same time as other 5.6mm guns.

    Yes 5.6 but my Airsporter S 22 give excellent accuracy with FTT 5.53.

    I think is a bit of a myth,
    5.56
    put some RWS supper domes in it.
    it will shoot well.

    My .22 Airsporter carbine loves Air Arms, you didn't say if your Stutzen was the tap loader or RB2 version? Not sure there's any difference between them.
    Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in

    My RB carbine was 5.5, still gave best groups with the FTT's in the 5.53 head size though. My ,22 challenger is too. So i guess the RB stutzens are too.
