    Hogan Elite Cylinder Help

    Hi Guys
    i have a Hogan Elite that i haven't used for a while and now i have a problem,Theres no air coming out when i dry fire it,i have tried to put air in the cylinder and it's showing full and even got the bloke at the dive centre to try with his set up and it's showing full,Now my dilemma is if the cylinder is full how do i drain it down to check the valves etc or could it be the air inlet is solid shut and not letting air in
    just to add this has a regulator fitted
