Pcp won't charge past 100 bar

Hi ,Am using a 3ltr bottle,the bottle is charged I have checked it with a blancking plug,is it a part I can replace,thanks

What pcp is it?
When did it last fill above 100 bar?
Where are you getting the 100 bar reading from, rifle or bottle?
Does it sound like air is coming out?
Can you fill other riles with the same tank above 100, or do you have a pump?

It's a webley raider12, have had the problem for quite a while, gun will charge ok with syrup pump.came to use it ,dial read empty,bottle would only fill to 100 bar,was using syrup pump gun dial was just about full when It started leaking near the magazine,and completely emptied.

Gun filled ok at gun club

Sounds like it needs a service/new seal kit at least.
