Cheers, peeps.. I'm right handed and it's the right wrist that's affected. So trigger hand. I cock them with my left (I know some right handed shooters have adjusted their technique to cocking with the right hand, so as to give the supporting arm a break (sic!).

Doc reckons the splint for two weeks and taking extra care should see it about okay. And then nothing heavy for the next four weeks, so no pushing / moving bikes at work etc. But should be fully okay for The Bash.
