    I don't know the answer but those in need of 5.6, is it better to find a pellet that is soft so the skirt expands from the air blast & self fits the slightly larger bore.

    I'm surprised that no one's been able to come up with an answer re the year of change.
    I did experiment with the Marksman & Wasp 5.6mm in my 'oldies', but found the QC/sizing, especially on the latter, variable. They did seem to fit better, but I have gone back to H&N/RWS. Don't know how soft the skirts are, but the above makes sense.
