It looks well made. Is that a date on the side 2002?
My guess would be Indonesian, as 'pusaka' is a Malay/Indonesian word meaning something like 'heritage' or 'heirloom'. It's certainly not a direct copy of any Benjamin but looks pretty well done. Here's an interesting snippet about airgun production there:

Twenty or so years back, a gent in Indiana bought up a stash of weird air rifles thought to have been samples for potential distribution in the US. I ended up with a selection of different items, mostly now long gone. We were never sure of their origin but in the pic's on the website above, I spotted at least one that's identical to one of those mystery pumpers.
