    Air Arms TX200 MK11 HC .22 valuation

Hi all , I have the above in good condition , In a Walnut stock . It has a problem that I have given up on . The power ! I cant get it shooting above 9.5ftlb . Tried different springs , new piston seal , new breech orings , new comptube oring and still will not go above 9.5ftlb . So whats it worth , I don't really want to break it for parts
    Tha ks

what springs? the mk2 (& mk1) TX is a shortstroke compared to the mk3's lazy longstroke cycle.

also, breach-seals can cause fun as can the compression-tube's end plug to tube seal

Don, if you want to send me the powerplant, I can have a look for you... worst case a new (used) comp tube will sort it. could be the ABT notches are messing with the sealing.

Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

Confident you'll get this sorted, especially with the assistance of these fine chaps above, leading to you wanting to keep.

Yeah some great lads on here so I'd try to to stick with it.

The mk2 are quickly becoming sought after especially in a walnut stock.

I'd say you will have bit of interest in that should you finally decide to sell it.

Luckily the rx probably the easiest gun to work on so keep at it mate.

    Dumb question

May be a dumb question BUT are you sure that the chronograph is giving true readings for the rifle FPS?

I once had an issue with mine. The seal had expanded slightly. Resized and re lubed and back to 11.2
