    HW100 cylinder leak

    Hi,
If I unscrew my cylinder and fill it there is no leak but when I screw it back on to the rifle it leaks when fully hand tight. If I slacken off it stops but fhen the cylinger isn’t fully screwed hand tight!
    Any thoughts?
    Many thanks
    T

    Green O ring

It's probably the green O ring on the brass nipple where the cylinder screws in.

Bagnall and Kirkwood should do seal kits for these.

HW100 Tuning is also a very good place for spare parts and advice.

To seal the inlet valve, I prefer the black seals. I find the red polyurethane ones are a tiny bit small and my rifle was forever leaking. They're good for the fill port though.

    Cocktail stick

If you change it make sure you only use a wood or plastic cocktail stick to prise it off the brass nipple as it's easily scratched if you use a metal pick.
