During a conversation earlier today, I asked my Webley contact about the manufacturers of modern Webley pellets, as I was under the impression they were still manufactured by Crosman, as they are all in the Crosman style screw top tin but he tells me that Mosquitos are from JSB and the new FT pellets are from H&N, all others are still made by Crosman.
