    Excellent customer service part 2!

Sent my prosport off to Air Arms for new barrel/shroud assembly in October (old shroud got grazed many moons ago, tried some cold bluing but didn't match rest of rifle). Unfortunately it came back with several deep scores on the main body. Guy from Air Arms (may have been general manager) got back to me within a week, was quite apologetic and it was collected by courier last week. New body fitted (new serial number) and came back today by courier no extra charge. That is what you call customer service! Impressed again!

Not the bit where they damaged your main tube, while replacing your shroud I assume, that isn't part of good customers service ?
I suppose replacing stuff they damaged could be seen as good customer service ..

Quite so, I'd call damaging a customers rifle and then sending it back with that damage utterly appalling customer service, and replacing it with a new item the only possible action they could take.

In a battle of wits I refuse to engage with an unarmed person.
