    Air Arms Customer Service

The long version is in the ‘hard case clearance’ thread on AGF... in a nutshell they sold off a load of clearance stock some of which was visibly damaged. They promised refunds which have as yet not materialised.

I am incredibly unimpressed with Air Arms customer service.

Their handling of issues related to a very simple damaged item has been less than ‘good’.

Buyer beware. The great reputation of their rifles doesn’t offset the poor customer journey.

Missed the hard cases by minutes. Got a stock, but it arrived cracked. Took over a month to get refunded.

I have just been refunded this afternoon.

Sounds massively sexist when this is an issue about customer service, not misogyny.

Upsetting to see old fashioned sexist comments are the main stay of a senior member on here... maybe you need to step away from the keyboard, climb out from under your rock, and join the rest of normal society out here in the real world
