Original 66 repair and servicing
Hi
I am new to this forum so I hope I have posted this in the right place, apologies if not.
I have an Original 66 .177 target air rifle that I have owned for 40+ years. It’s not been used for a number years but I am keen to get back into target shooting, so it is now in need of a full service and seals replaced etc.
I was wondering if anyone knows of a company or person that would be able to help with this. I live in Dorset however I guess I will have to send it off so the location is not too important.
Thanks very much for any help and advice.

I hope you get it serviced as they are a very fine rifle 👍. Just refinishing the stock on mine at the moment but can't wait to get back shooting it.....dom

On FB there's a recoiless group & a guy on there called Ray is wizard with the giss system rifles, hoping to pick up a 66 myself this weekend

Thanks everyone
Hi
Thanks everyone for all your advice and help, I will be really pleased to get it going again.
I was never a brilliant shot but really used to enjoy it and who knows - perhaps I will be better with age (maybe!) :-)
Here's a couple of pictures of my rifle and case - classic 1984 stickers!

Love the photos.
Thanks Simon.
I've just ordered new piston seals back and front from The Country Store.
I will be having a go at resealing my Model 66 soon.
Just bought Mod.10 seals from Chambers, so I have another one to do as well.
And I have a FWB 127 Seal kit coming from Chambers as well.
Been watching YouTubes to find out how to do it all.
Think I'll do the FWB first as it seems fairly straight forward.
Hope then to build up enough confidence to tackle the Originals.
Best wishes...... Vian.
