Gave up on the USP, couldn't refund apparently without someone there but could exchange so brought home an AK74 Carbine, means whole project will need to wait a bit but atleast I'm not back and forthing to try and sort things.

And Shotty has arrived, two tone was just specified as green but they've picked an olive that matches my gear nicely and doesn't clash.
It looks pretty much as the ingame model does so ideal for the job, only gripe is the 'shells', you can only load one at a time and it doesn't actually transport just staying in the loading port with 3 BBS taken at time for each 'shot' (each shell holds 10 shots worth) and coming back out from the loading port so no satitsfying ejection sadly on the last pump (innuendos there a plenty).
Overall it's as good as I'm going to get and it's not that bad so perfect for the Job, now just to sort the Match, or should I say a USP9 wearing the Match's Muzzle device (its not a true brake as its just hiding an extended barrel), thats a bit of a headache but I'll figure it out in time.

Crazy when you think that for £150 you can buy a used real Franchi Shotgun that delivers around 1500 ft lbs at the muzzle.

This didn't cost that much but I see your point, restrictions effect value massively, this fortunately if I want to move it on will be a lot easier and its usuable for Skirmish games if health ever allows for it.
If you want sickening though, the MP7 which is also Airsoft as no one makes an accurate airgun version, was roughly double that and more than I've paid for any of the Air Rifles despite lacking the power and likely accuracey, it does however get to remain full auto which is fun and makes up for it.

Now found a USP online thats halfway there, quite a bit cheaper than the shop and importing a Match, Its got a normalish rail VS the propriatry one so might make things easier getting a Muzzle device made as people say they've brought them premade on videos that are years old but seems no ones selling them now, I might be able to make one out of styrene but not sure how well it'll tolerate the gun running.

I did see a video not too long back where a bloke got one at auction for just a couple of quid, the market just is too small to attract big prices, I would genuinely give real Shottys a go but right now I've got a major red flag due to mental health so no GP would clear me, maybe later down the line if I get into a club or two and I'm better health wise I can look at it as it is a fairly fun and versatile kind of shooting.

Might be worth mentioning - unless you have a criminal conviction that prevents you from using a shotgun - you can go along to any clay shooting club and pay for an accompanied round of 50/70 or whatever clays and use a real semi auto shotgun, worth thinking about maybe. I am also aware of a few guys that have conditions that would normally prevent them from holding a SGC but have had their certs granted on the understanding that the gun(s) are held at a different address. If you are ever in the MK area give me a shout and I will quite happily take you out to experience a 3 shot semi 12 gauge FOC.

Cheers, yeah I should be fine going to a club or similar (still yet to get to an Airgun one), I just flag if it was in my possesion currently so in someone elses care it should be alright as I'd be considered to be likely in a less dangerous state of mind if I was socialising.
Only caveat to trying it would be shooting position, I have to be leaned against something if shooting standing or be seated, so that might limit where I can go a bit but I'd definately give it a try.
