Nice, I shall have to come visit and maybe bring you something to christen it with, still got a ton of plaster for exploding targets that go with a cloud but not too loud a bang to keep the neighbours sweet.

I think the gardens only big enough for a rotary clothes line

Thats not so bad, you just use smaller targets, it's how I've worked the indoor one along with using lower powered Guns to simulate the same needs for aiming etc.
Not entirely sure how big the Garden here is but it's worked alright so far and as you know you're always welcome to use it, still got the in date Coffee pods as well as normal instant and now theres even a Slush puppy machne

I’m lucky these days that I have a big garden to have a decent range but where I lived previously only had about 10yds, but…. I could open the back door to the garden and shoot safely from the sitting room, through the kitchen and out to the back of the garden giving me around 25yds in total

I like that idea .....only seen the garden on Google maps as I can't view it until they've removed the asbestos floor tiles ..... the village is surrounded by farmers fields so I'm hoping to butter one of them up for a bit of informal range time

Ooh, nice, I'd like to compare that to my old Mk1 97 k.

The 97k is the only rifle I've got that works properly, doesn't twang and is accurate atm, and that includes both my PCPs

Probably should bring the 2240 too to meet the Ratty, I'll have to put the original hammer spring back in though, I changed it to drop the power & over did it.
Oky dokes; we'll have to see how it all might pan out. Sounds like you have a busy short term schedule.

The 97 is lovely. Totally stock at the moment. Shoots very nicely and is accurate - it came to the August Bash. Yours might be a 25mm version then? Excellent.

Ratties are great fun, aren't they? So fun and easy to work on.

Yep, was thinking similarly (ish) - springer and a light Ratty in one hand, pellet box in the other, so only one trip up the stairs.

I do Tone, hardly a day goes by when I don’t see a squirrel.
