Could there be any trading done this weekend? If so, Andy is thinking of selling his TX200SR (.177).
If this is allowed do we need to start a "Donny"sales thread?

Yep, really hoping you can engineer the perfect outcome for this, Craigy, so you can have a great birthday.

That would probably a question for Brian the proprietor of the range. Personally I can't see a problem with it, I bet there isn't a range in the land where someone hasn't sold some equipment to someone else.

Looking at the photos space for a sales table might be an issue if Range is open to others as well as us but ultimately its up to Brian, I might bring some cash but depends on what I came in and what its owner is happy to have in the Car as to what I can transport back.
I've ordered two briefcases for the HK SMGs so if anyone wants to try one shout, the 5 is a steel bb semi auto only and the 7 is an Airsoft Full auto (only way to get an accurate one), they are of course at Brians mercy as to them being allowed on range although the 5 should run on Frangibles and the 7 Bios if ricochet is a concern.

The on-site shop will be very handy for me at any rate as I struggle to buy decent airgun pellets up here in the "frozen north " !

Wife now a possibility if our boy can dog sit

If that disastrous outcome is forthcoming what is the likelihood of any other Amazonians dining at the Lakeside Beefeater?

I don't know for sure if steel BBs are allowed on the range, but guessing that they wouldn't. If you are able to come, you'll need to check with Brian beforehand. Or, I'm not sure if the answer will be in the Q&A section of the range website?

It might be worth checking beforehand as to what's available, John. I haven't been for a while myself (hoping to cram a visit in soon) but I'd have guessed that, even though they will try to stock a good selection of popular, known-to-be-good pellets, the choice wouldn't be massive? Could be wrong, though....

Can't see any of that being a problem, sir.

I've just had a quick look on the "More Info" section of the range's website. As expected, and fully understandably, only lead pellets allowed. No BBs or non-lead pellets.

You just beat me to it Tony, yep it's lead only.

I suspect it's so they can recycle the lead, it'd be a nightmare sorting the pellets for recycling if mixed up with BB"s & "green" pellets.

Plus, from a safety point of view, with the many steel targets (and holders) and concrete floors, it'd be ricochet city with steel BBs!

Gotta be better than here, in .22 I can only get Domes, Hobby and Bis S’field and P Control.
