Unhappy Airgun World and Terry Doe?

So, the November issue arrived today. I've just had a flick through it. It's the second month that doesn't contain any content from Terry. One month and he may have been on holiday. Two in a row? What's happening?

If this is deja vu and a repeat of what happened with Jim it's a travesty, absolutely disgraceful and a huge loss. Big mistake .

Apologies in advance, but who reads this detritus anymore? IMHO you may as well read Viz.Only my opinion of course but I see little point in paying for information available at the click of a mouse.

Although I did enjoy articles by some of the other writers, notably Pete Evans and John Milewski, it was the input and expertise from Jim and Terry that made it for me. The magazine just isn't the same without Jim's educational Technical Airgun instalments and I really, really hope that the two consecutive no-shows from Terry are a temporary and innocent event.

Agree on last two comments, still have a sub but have three or four unread, back in the day I would read it front to back including looking at adverts

Agreed. I get it on subscription and yes, Jim’s and Terry’s sections were of course of interest. It’s not that I don’t find value in the rest of the magazine. If it wasn’t for John’s article this month I’d not have known an SLR repro was out there. Whilst you can research these things on the internet, if you don’t know they exist in the first place you don’t know what to look for.

Some may consider it a waste of money, but I still like a printed copy. Those that don’t like it don’t have to buy it. I don’t think the ABC numbers are printed in it, so it would be interesting to know how sales have or haven’t changed, especially since the demise of airgunner.
