    HW90 parts?

I have a friend who needs a new piston and cocking shoe for a 90. The cocking shoe isn’t an issue, but the piston seems to be made of pure unobtainium!

Does anyone know of someone who has some, I have tried the usual suspects to no avail. The alternative is find a whole gun, but those are as hard to find it seems.

Holed due to a cocking shoe failure ?
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

it a really tricky repair, as the inside not only needs to be airtight, it needs to be honed perfectly true post-welding to form an air tight seal for the the ram o-ring to pass over with each cocking/firing cycle.

Cheap option is convert to spring...

IIrC, the pistons were hardened as well, at least the slot area was.
