Megaorei M5 day and night scope

Just thought I would put over my thoughts on the megaorei M5 day and night scope

    Plus points
    Cheap
    Clear
    Good light capture at dusk
    Fairly good on its battery
    Lightweight

    Negative
    It's not a known make
A rail is required to be able to adjust the unit physically down as to not run out of cross hair adjustment

Have been using this for a couple of weeks for rats at 20 yards, unit has been good nice clear picture which is easy to adjust focus on. I had read that some state the unit only has up and down cross hair movement, but it does have left and right too

The inbuilt IR does go out a fair way probably further than I would ever shoot at, and has 3 levels of power

Summary, if you want a cheap unit to go on an old rifle kicking about this has been ideal and done everything I have asked of it

    Best

I bought one of the rear add on units recently.....great bit of kit for the price and handy to use as a hand held spotter (keeping an eye on the dog in a pitch black garden)
    Loving the countryside air
