Mays ARC Monthly HFT Shoot 19th January 2025

A change of date from our usual weekend this is so we don't clash with round 4 of the Southern Hunters at Lea Valley

After the success of last months for sale table, we are going to run it again this month.

All you need is your items you want to sell and a piece of paper with the price, name and a contact name/number.
Clothing, HFT equipment, even your old rifle or pistol etc. - please no Games Consoles, mountain bikes or small children.

Here we go folks...

Mays ARC would like to invite all established (and new) HFT shooters to our monthly shoot.
We promise a top quality course designed to test the most seasoned of shooters.

All Courses will be set to current UKAHFT rules and regulations.

When:
SUNDAY 19th January 2025
What time:
Gates will be open from 8am. Start time will be 10am.
Safety Brief will be approximately 5-10 minutes before start time.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IF YOU MISS THE SAFETY BRIEF OR ARRIVE AFTER 9:45AM YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
THE PLINK WILL BE SHUT DURING THE SHOOT.

The finest high-quality medals will be available for the top shooters in each class. (One day we'll be able to afford some badges, trophies or even custom medals!?)

There will also be a bonus raffle at results time where you could win your shoot money back (or double it, if you are a member). You must be present for the raffle. If you leave and you name gets called, it will be re drawn until we get a winner.

Now for the important stuff.
What do I do when I arrive?
Park your car (in a sensible spot), come and check in, pay your money, grab your card, have a cuppa.
Check your rifle and it's zero. - If you're feeling confident enough not to, then maybe have another cup of tea or coffee or a chin wag with the fellow shooters.
How much is it going to cost me?
If you're one of the lucky ones and have obtained the exclusive elite membership it's simply £5 (pay on the day).
If you've yet to join, (and (still) why not? More fool you!) then it will cost you the grand sum of £10 (again pay on the day).
Is there going to be any food and drink?
There will be free Tea and Coffee (and biscuits if someone remembers to bring them) as always Tea and Coffee is free at Mays.
We like to be seen to be eco-friendly at Mays, so please feel free to bring along your re-usable cup. - Don't worry we will have cups if you don't.
Hot food will be available in exchange for some of your hard-earned cash in the form of the finest burgers and the usual high-quality food for all the HFT athletes - especially cake!
