    Baz Covill RIP

I don't know if many members will remember my mate, Baz. He was one of the original moderators on this site, a fountain of knowledge and a great friend of mine.
I'm broken hearted to say he sadly passed away, a few hours ago.
I have details of his funeral arrangements forthcoming, if any other members want to pay their respects, please drop me a PM for details.

Baz, rest in peace my friend x

Yep, Karl told me via FB 😞
Great man, helped me out a few times and became a good mate … wasn’t expecting this, sad that I didn’t make a better effort to go see him in hospital before they moved him up north…. So long Baz 🫡

Only met Baz the once many years ago at a weekender at Lea Valley .Was a fine man .I remember his partner made me a fantastic leather buddy bottle cover for my Rapid 7 .Such sad news to hear of his passing . I think in all the years I have visited this forum Baz was most bad ass administrator He was a man that could walk the walk and talk the talk .

Gutted to hear this Craig. I never met Baz but was in touch on Facebook until I left it for a while.

Always seemed to be a bloody good, proper bloke.

Ride free on that big Hog in the sky, Baz.

That is sad, I always thought of him as the King of the Moderators and he had such a wealth of technical knowledge as well. I bought a TX200SR off him once, somewhere in the depths of Kent, lovely bloke.

    One of the best.

He had a massive button at the side of his computer for banning people.

    And he liked using it.
