I want to change the Main Valve Seat inside the housing but can't see a way to get the old one out .I will be changing the Main Valve Stem too .
Any ideas ?

Three methods from valve end. Push a snug fit, softer, rod into the seat, wiggle and pull. Biro cap/body, etc.
Threaded bolt, brass/alloy if poss. but not essential, tilt to snag and pull.
Hooked rod end, sacrificial small screwdriver etc insert below seat , tilt and pull.
From hammer end, insert rod/etc as before and push.
They pop out quite easy usually

i made a kinetic hammer for it, works perfect every time.
