    127 valuation request

As title, wondered if any of you fine people might be able to offer some guidance on current value. Opens all present, correct and working nicely, and been recently resealed and shooting very nicely when I put some AADF’s thru it yesterday.

    TIA

Looks in very good order so £350 if not a tad more depending on how close to mint it is. Loads made, loads about, but most are well used. Always a very popular rile because they are very good rifles then, and still are.
I prefer 124s but 127 are popular too.
Good it's been serviced, as it would need one by now.

I sold 3 127's think it was last year. Ranged from quite nice to very good. Think i got £225 £275 and £300 all sold within 5 mins of putting up advert so maybe I let them go a little cheap.

Really depends on condition, and depending means quite a large margin. A complete minter still shouldn't get above £380, and even a very heavily use might get £180. Every price in between. As they were quite expensive in their day most were reasonably well looked after. Most trade between £250 and £300; got to really good to get above and exceptional examples realise a good bounty for being so good. Again, plenty out there, but also a popular rifle. Much depends on the cost of new guns as FWB Sports hold value and follow inflation.

Look after them and they retain their value well.

The plastic trigger makes it desirable to collectors, one reason for my valuation being towards the top end. Possible making £60 difference????? Which without being a clear early example would bring it down to normal trading range.

They are popular because they can shoot as well as any modern new rifle of that weight, and anything half good modern is going to be £350 plus plus plus...
