should ideally used for patching up blueing not for doing a complete piece
I'm going to give one of my pistols a bit of effort to get it back into good shape.
very small pitting on most of the barrel, body and cocking handle.
Anyone done re-blueing?
a mate told me an old guy he worked with used a blueing agent out of a small bottle, that he applied by hand and it brought the guns back upto scratch.
where do I get the gear, whats the correct procedure to apply it?
Cheers
Russ

Sounds like your after "Abbey Blu Gel Re-Blueing Paste 75g" at £5.49 from JSR our sponsor. Link at top of the page!
As for how. If you want to get into a bit of light restoration I would recomend "Air rifle and air pistol maintenance and repair" by Q.Cobham. An internet serch should throw up a bookshop of two with a copy.
