if the cocking link arm is 1 piece then it's a mk2/3

After all that it did work 4 times , Dean I could not find any thibg apart from the stamp on the top. The word Meteor but no other marks numbers or letters. I just need to find out how to make it work better. It can bearly break wind the seal were you put the pellet is missing. It needs an overhaul maybe a new spring ,I'm not going to change or clean the stock or barrel untill I get some addvice.I had a bit of fun today so it might grow on me.

Hi & welcome to the BB's.
Sorry I can't help with the Meteor.
Had quite a few many years ago.
As you say they are popular on here so won't be long before you bump into an expert or three.

WANTED. UNF MOD.
brian mk1-3 have an 8" inlet on the stock for the 1 piece link arm where as mk4 and above have a 4" inlet due to the link arm being 2 piece.
i know it's not much help, if i remember rightly the serial number is by the cocking link on the barrel or block underneath.
