No need for the power but may be it's just a want
You can have nearly all the fun of a 600 plinking with something that will cost you much less, I love my cybergun p226, sure it won't last as long, ain't as beautiful or as accurate but still raises a smile
Same goes with the Drozd - great laugh, more available and cheaper ammo.
Buy yourself another gun (one that won't guzzle co2) with the money saved -may be even two!

The Steyr LP5 will do that, power is adjustable within legal limits to suit anything from 10m to HFT Pistol,
Just spend £750 to £1000 on a good second hand one,

...sure on power as they're CO2 but the East Europeans produced a true 5 shot semi. Great fun and use "proper" pellets They were made as genuine target pistols (can't remeber what the discipline is called) so pukks bits of kit.
Got one knocking around the back of the cupboard somewhere, should probably chrono it Sold under various brand names and can be picked up for £200 but they don't come up that often.
Pardon?
Forgot about the Drozd,
that's another x30 multishot that you can get to the power you want with some tweaks

There have been 6 or 7 Crosman 600's for sale on Gunstar recently, ranging between £265 and £385. The best one being a Gunter 600. I have a single shot Challenger Arms I am thinking of selling which is around 5.5 ft lb, I think it is more powerful than my 600 or 677. See link:

Drulov, Zastava etc?
Whilst not designed to be true target pistols the result was excellent, these were actually designed as practice pistols for the Czech national pistol team to give them something they could use away from the range.
Power is not high but consistency is brilliant, mine would give 1" groups at 20 Yards before I sold it

The only one I can think of and have fired, is the Evanix AR6. Which is close to 6FPE
but is a revolver not semi-auto.

I assume that this is the gun you are talking about:

Does anyone in the UK sell these?
The Crosman 600 can be fitted with a longer inner barrel very easily so that you can attach a silencer, and with the longer barrel can give 6 ft.lbs.
