This significant detail is unlikely to deter most of the Webley-infatuated constituency. It is their habit to fire from the hip in the manner of a mobster criminal loosing off a drum of ammunition from his 'Chicago pianoforte', complete with inane grin and slaverous giggling.Looks like rear peep is missing.
A peep-sight - or more correctly orthoptic diopter sight - or indeed any sights at all are irrelevant to such a style of musketry.
