Hi JD.
All stutzens are that length.
They did a airsporter S carbine, but the barrel on that is 4 inches shorter than standard.
Looks like you are either going to have to lengthen the stock or shorten the barrel.

Now I have always wanted a Stutzen since I first saw one in Airgun World year ago.
So when a Stutzen stock and a tap loading Airsporter came up for sale I bought them both.
I should have looked into this more as the action fits but the barrel sticks out by a couple of inches.
The question is was the Stutzen action only made with the shorter barrel or is there another action I can use as a donor? Is the Airsporter S shorter?
Any help would be great, James.

4" is what I want to loose off the end of the barrel.
So it looks like an Airsporter Carbine is what I am looking for.

before you resort to surgery Target Sports of Bolton have a Stutzen RB2 second hand for £190. Maybe it would be better to buy that and sell on the other items as parts? just a suggestion. the RB2 was the best of the airsporters and the stock shape is very nice with a deep roll over cheekpiece and really nice metal open sights.

That is a matter of opinion.
I much prefer the earlier tap loading Airsporters and Stutzen.
