Been having a bit of free and skint time lately due to a medical episode which has unfortunately coincided with getting low on 22 Hornet and 223 rounds.
So thinking of getting back into reloading after various false starts over the years as factory rounds are expensive, plus it looks a satisfying activity. Got some sealed powder and bullets still.
Been gathering bits together but can't find either my Lee press mounted primer or the hand held tool, so need to buy another one.
As a beginner am I correct in thinking buying another handheld tool is my best bet, as the bench one seemed fiddly. Was going to get another Lee one - looks like they have brought a new model out - is this a better tool than the older one, which are widely available second hand.
Plus just to confirm - can I now have expanding heads legally delivered to my house, by ordinary mail.
Cheers

Somebody very decently offered me a ram prime - unfortunately I deleted the message by mistake before answering...durr...Whoever it was I do really appreciate your kind offer, but I had bought Simon's hand prime so I'm sorted out now.
Many Thanks again though.
