You can spend thousands and still miss a barn door or spend just enough and enjoy yourself. If you haven't got the talent to start with a million pound won't fix it. Whippet, Russell, a few bang sticks and a flat cap. http://www.smart-tech1st.co.uk
Standard HW silencers are up to .22, they do do a .25 specific silencer.
Failing that huggett, I believe you only need to change the end cap to use these for .25.
Or Daystate FAC Airstream is .25 specific

I use HW with standard baffles enlarged to 7.3mm. If you shoot over 30 fpe you should strengthen the internals, those curlers will eventually become accordions.
Viking Mk2 .177/.22 bullpup, BSA Scorpion SE .177, BSA Scorpion .25 100M gun, BSA Scorpion .224 100fpe 100M gun,
Evanix Blizzard .257/.357 200M BR, Evanix Sniper X2 .45 at 270 fpe
A British made BSA VC
Aye, the BSA VC comes with two interchangeable chokes for .177 and .22, fitting no choke is for .25 cal.
Don't know if it's quite as quiet as the HW moddy, but mine was pretty good.
I used a standard .22 HW mod on my .25 FAC Rapid for several years.
The HW washers have 7.5mm bore, .25 is 6.35mm so more than 0.55mm clearance all round
I normally go with +1.5 mm over the cal for the bore of the mod/ baffles for a balance of safety and efficiency
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
The tighter the clearance the quieter the mod will be .
