Does anyone know the email address of LEE in America?

I have looked on their website and it seems you can only contact them through it which prevents me from attaching pictures.
It also states they will only replace one item. I have three faulty ones but I'll settle for one good one!!!

I have three new style ball moulds and all three are defective.

I bought one in May 2020 off that auction site and the sprue cut off is too deep and it leaves a lip on the ball. There were no others available anywhere so managed with it.

Kranks got a new stock of them in so I sent for one in January of this year.. The two halves do not line up and the sprue does not cut off flush with the ball. I sent a sample of the cast balls to Kranks and they sent me another mould. That one is defective as well
It is not as bad as the second one I bought but it is not really up the the usual standard of LEE moulds.

So now I have got three .390" balls moulds and all of them are defective.

The other option is to write to them if I cannot e-mail them.

I could not find the email so I had to send a letter by air mail to them. I included pictures and invoices to show it was a genuine complaint.
I have returned the moulds to Kranks, who will also take this up with LEE.
Kranks have reimbursed me in full and I am grateful that they dealt with this problem so quickly.

Ball 1 is the first mould I bought in 2020 off that site.

The other pictures are of the new mould I bought from Henry Krank.

If anyone has a an old style Lee 2 cavity .390" ball mould they would like to part with I would be interested.

My, apologies I should have updated the thread.

I wrote to LEE on the 18, March 2022 and I have not had a reply.
In the meantime Kranks have reimbursed me for the mould and the postage.

    Here is a link:

They have always provided good support for their products.
If it has a trigger, I'm gonna enjoy it!

    Thanks for posting.

I wrote to Lee and sent pictures as well.
I have not heard anything from them.

So far I have had four defective moulds, two were returned to Krank's the other two I have to use.
I will never buy another new style Lee mould.

They're clearly having quality issues with rushing production to try and keep up with immense demand. I've got a few Lee moulds and only the ones from the last 2 years have issues. The cheap 2 cavity ones and even a damned expensive 6 cavity one i had shipped over from the US, all are worse than the older ones. I'm burnt at this point. I think in future I'll be spending the extra to get reliable moulds from another maker.

Website certainly does allow attachments when contacting support via their website and I've had excellent responses from them - even regarding very old out of date (historical even)m products. Give it a go.

I could give them another try. They have not replied to my letter so I don't hold out much hope. Kranks reimbursed me for the two defective moulds. Two I have are poor but I have to use them and I can't find anyone else that does the size I want. An old style Lee .395" ball mould would suit my needs at the present time. A .390" ball would be useful as well.

What happened to quality control? These days it seems that with everything it is a case of you pays your money and takes your chance.
